Revett Minerals (RVM.TO, NYSEMKT:RVM) has announced the results of their Annual and Special General Meeting. As expected, all five directors were re-appointed as everyone received in excess of 90% of the votes in favor of their re-appointment.
We were surprised to see chairman Tim Lindsey has the lowest approval rate. We think Mr. Lindsey is definitely the right person in the right position as he’s a geologist with decades of experience and as he lives close to both projects he definitely has his value for Revett Minerals.
