Lupaka Gold (LPK.TO) has announced it received the approval of its semi-detailed Environmental Impact Assessment on its Crucero gold project from the Peruvian Ministry of Energy and Mines. This approval is quite important, as the company is now allowed to continue its exploration work at the Crucero and to apply for new drill pad permits as well as permits for further road construction works.

As an approved EIA also makes the further permitting process easier, we are happy with this progress as it’s a second important step after the company extended its agreement with the local community of Crucero. Lupaka is currently doing field work at the Crucero Project to determine high-priority drill targets for next year.
