Puma Exploration (PUM.V) has announced it encountered massive sulphides in the drill core recovered from an expanded drill program at the company’s Turgeon project in New Brunswick. Although the original plan called for a 1,000 meter drill program, Puma expanded this to just over 1,700 meters as the first three holes drilled intersected copper stock work which has led to the discovery of the (semi) massive sulphides in the next two holes.
According to President Marcel Robillard the drill results from the 2014 exploration program now confirm the presence of a VMS system at Turgeon. Robillard is also putting his money where his mouth is as he has bought in excess of 100,000 shares of Puma Exploration over the past few weeks and months which obviously is an encouraging sign.
