Global Metals Exploration (ASX:GXN) has called a general meeting on May 22nd, pursuant to a s249D notice delivered by shareholders who hold in excess of 5% of the outstanding shares.
There will be a vote on the removal of Lia Darby and Ashley Hood from the board of directors of Global Metals, and to appoint Robert Thomas and Robert Benussi as directors of the company.
