Global Metals Exploration (ASX:GXN) announced Brian Quicano has agreed to cancel the general meeting which was planned for next Monday.
No specific reasons have been given to cancel the meeting, and both parties stress the importance to do what’s in the best interest of the shareholders and start an extensive drill program at the exciting Jutson Rocks project.
Managing Director Lia Darby comments ‘The Company is very pleased that this issue is now resolved and looks forward to working on the Jutson and Leonora projects to the benefit of all shareholders.’
Julian Ramirez who was in the running to replace Lia Darby as Managing Director did not immediately return our email regarding this matter.
We hope we can leave this board fight behind us now, and start focusing on what everybody wants; getting drill rigs working on Jutson Rocks, which we still deem to be one of the most exciting exploration stories in Australia.
