Nevada Copper (NCU.TO) had some good news yesterday as it updated the market on the status of the land change bill, which would really be a major step forward towards the development of the Second Phase of the Pumpkin Hollow project in Nevada, USA.

According to the company, the House has passed a revised bill yesterday which included the Lyon County bill (which is the land change bill). This new bill should resolve all the hiccups the previous bill included, and we are expecting a quick vote when the House comes back from recess in the first week of September. There’s a chance the bill will be brought to a vote on the evening of September 8th (the vote that day is expected after 6:30PM) where it is expected to pass.
