Nevsun Resources (NSU.TO, NYSEMKT:NSU) has announced more excellent drill results at its Northwest Zone on the Bisha project in Eritrea, Africa. Of interest are intercepts of 14 meters of in excess of 1% copper and almost 4% zinc and 14 meters of in excess of half an ounce per tonne of gold. The Northwest Zone is still open to the north and to the south, so there is still considerable exploration potential.

A maiden resource estimate is expected early 2014 and we are looking forward to see the implications of additional resources on the production schedule at Bisha.
