Integra Gold (ICG.V) has launched a gold rush competition whereby everybody is invited to look at the company’s impressive 6 Terabyte data package on the Sigma and Lamaque properties. Anyone can submit an idea where Integra Gold could find its next gold deposit on its land package. A total of C$1M could be won in prize money and hopefully one of the submissions will indeed contain valuable information.
This doesn’t mean Integra Gold doesn’t have a clue how to interpret the data, it seems to be a promotional tool which could actually help the company save some time and money as it would be quite expensive for external consultants to comb through 6 terabyte of data. This contest will attract some new eyes on the story and increase the public awareness of the advanced stage Lamaque gold project.
