Lupaka Gold (LPK.V) has announced a fresh batch of sampling results from the Atenea vein on the 3430 sublevel of the Invicta project in Peru. The average grade of the samples came in at 9.22 g/t over a length of 130 meters with an average width of 4.2 meters. That’s great news, as the mine plan was expecting a grade of ‘just’ 8.12 g/t on that part of the block model. Not only is it now feasible to assume the average grades could be a bit higher than the grades in the block model, the grades on the 3430 level appear to be relatively consistent compared to the 3400 level of the Atenea vein, where an average grade of 9.86 g/t AuEq was encountered.

Lupaka continues to make good progress on the development side of Invicta. It has now completed 235 meters of horizontal development, and everything remains on track to start producing gold (and copper) in the next quarter.
