At the end of August, Leeuwin Metals (LM1.AX) has released assay results from an additional four holes completed on its Jenpeg lithium project (now renamed Cross Lake) in Manitoba. The highlights of the drill results announced in August can be found below; as you can see the grades are very strong, but the thickness of the mineralization is not too impressive yet.
Fortunately those are relatively shallow holes and that will definitely be advantageous, and the assay results of an additional three holes will be released in the near future.
Leeuwin will restart drilling soon as it wants to figure out the details of the 6 kilometer long trend of spodumene bearing pegmatites while a regional exploration program will try to identify additional exploration targets on its 1,900 square kilometer land package.
