Riverside Resources (RRI.V) has confirmed the drill rig has arrived on site at the Cecilia project in Sonora, where it is preparing for an 8 hole, 2,500 meter drill program funded by partner Fortuna Mining (TICKER) as part of its earn-in agreement. The drill program is anticipated to cost approximately US$0.8M.

The 2,500 meters will be drilled to test three targets, highlighted below.

The drill targets were narrowed down using the results of an airborne magnetic survey completed in the past few months while the existing geochemical exploration program also helped. We are predominantly interested in seeing the results at Cerro Magallanes where the breccia and dome margin will be drilled, while Riverside is also keeping the door open to drill through the dome should that approach be warranted.
