Integra Gold (ICG.V) keeps on spoiling the market with good news, as the company has now announced it intersected 5 meters of almost 0.75oz/t gold at the Triangle Zone on its Lamaque gold project in Val D’Or, Québec. Almost 15,000 meter has been drilled now in 38 holes as part of the winter drill program at the Triangle Zone which has now been expanded from 22,000 to 24,000 meters. The current batch of drill results is important because it confirms the expected geological model. On top of that, a step-out hole drilled approximately 200 meters to the south of the Triangle Zone encountered high-grade gold, and the company is now testing the zone in between the Triangle zone and the step-out hole.

We expect a very steady news flow from now on as we expect more drill results to be released on a continuous basis, as Integra gold is currently drilling at Lamaque with no less than six drill rigs (a seventh drill rig is currently cementing holes, which should facilitate the development of Lamaque in a later stage).
