Millennial Lithium (ML.V) has added Peter Ehren to its technical team, and this indicates the company is getting very serious about aggressively developing its Pastos Grandes lithium project in Argentina’s Salta province.
Ehren has a track record of in excess of 20 years in the lithium brine sector and obtained his master’s degree at TU Delft based on a master thesis investigating the recovery of lithium from a brine in the Salton Sea through. Ehren doesn’t just have the theoretical knowledge; he worked for SQM at the Salar de Atacama until 2007 and has since worked for other companies on other projects. His most recent success was the Salar de Olaroz, which has now been brought into commercial production by Orocobre (ORL.TO, ASX:ORE).
With the addition of Ehren, Millennial Lithium continues to build a top-notch technical team and now with Iain Scarr and Peter Ehren, ML’s human capital contains one of the best exploration geologists and evaporation experts. With C$65-70M in cash after the most recent capital raise, Millennial Lithium is well-funded for the next few steps, culminating in the completion of a feasibility study.
