American Pacific Mining (USGD.C) hasn’t been wasting any time; although the company just recently obtained a listing, it is already putting its cash to work as it has already started a first drill program on its Tuscarora gold project in Nevada. This first drill program will be relatively small (just 2,500 meters in 10-12 holes). The results from this drill program will first be analyzed and interpreted before a final 7 holes will be drilled.
American Pacific is pretty aggressive as although this initial drill program is pretty small, it’s drilling with two drill rigs to make sure the drill program is as efficient as possible. An RC rig will be drilling through the gravel where after the hole will be cased in preparation for a core drill program, targeting the Navajo vein in the bedrock.
