The board of directors of Elysee Development Corp (ELC.V) has decided to declare another special dividend of 1 cent payable on July 31st to the shareholders of record on July 21st. This means the ex-dividend date will be tomorrow, July 18th and today is the last day you are able to buy the stock with the dividend rights still attached.
This will be the third dividend in 18 months for a total dividend of approximately 5 cents which is a remarkable achievement considering the NAV/share has actually increased in the same time frame.
