In October, Faraday Copper (FDY.TO) released the assay results of one of the holes it drilled as part of the Phase III drill program at its Copper Creek project in Arizona. That hole was drilled to evaluate the near-surface mineralization above the recently discovered Banjo Breccia, located on the American Eagle area which currently has a 800 by 1,000 meter footprint.
Hole FCD-24-074 intersected 50.20 meters containing 0.74% copper from 46.2 meters downhole, including a higher grade interval of 22.65 meters containing 1.31% ocopper. A good result wihch conirms the mineralization at the Banjo brecchia extends from surface to a depth of 400 meters (and it remains open).
The Phase III drill program is continuing at American Eagle and Rum where the company continues to focus on the near-surface mineralization. The company aims to include in excess of 30,000 meters of additional drilling in the 2025 resource update.
