Freeman Gold (FMAN.V) announced last month it submitted an application for a land interchange with the US Forest Service as part of the Small Tracts Act. Right now, there are slivers of National Forest Land within the 7,400 acre Lemhi gold project area and the company has submitted an applicatiojn with the US Forest Service to swap 40 acres of land for parcels outside of the project area, that have a similar value. This would help the Lemhi project as it would make the land position of the project in Idaho more straightforward.
