Giyani Metals (WDG.V) has released more assay results from the 80 samples it collected from its Kgwakgwe Hill project (which, for understandable reasons, is being abbreviated as ‘K. Hill’) in Botswana where it was targeting the manganiferous shale which has a currently known strike length of approximately half a kilometer.
The manganiferous shale at K Hill has a thickness of up to 10 meters, and 33 of the 80 samples (and 21 duplicates) were taken at the K Hill zone resulted in assay results from 46 to 64% MnO with two samples coming in below 40%, whilst one ultra high-grade sample showed a MnO grade of 73%.
As the price of manganese ore has been really strong lately, it will be very interesting to see how Giyani plans to advance the property.
