Inca One Resources (IO.V) announced they have signed an agreement with the local community and obtained their consent for the use of the surface land for a five year term.
This is a positive development, as the company needs the support of the local community and the surface agreement as part of their commercial mining permit application.
Inca One is currently waiting for the water use permit which has to be delivered by the local water authority, and to obtain the certificate needed to re-open the mine and re-start operations.
