Lithium Chile (LITH.V) seems to have completed its early exploration activities and as the company has identified multiple brine areas at its Ollague and Atacama lithium projects in Chile, LITH is gearing up to get a drill program going as soon as possible to test these high-priority targets.
Exploration never has a certain outcome: sometimes you hit what appears to be a home run (Millennial Lithium (ML.V) at its Pastos Grandes lithium project), sometimes the targets don’t contain any brines and the project has to be dropped (which was the case for Liberty One Lithium (LBY.V)). Lithium Chile did a good job in defining these targets on its Atacama and Ollague, where geophysical surveys have indicated the presence of open ended horizontal zones with a thickness of 50-75 meters and 20-200m+ respectively, and the only way to know what these zones are hosting is by drilling them.
Lithium Chile also published a great corporate video, which you can watch here.
