In what appears to be a surprising move, CEO David Terry has resigned from his CEO position at Comstock Metals (CSL.V). He also resigned from his board position along with two other (technical-focused) directors Kuchling and Turnbull. Steven Goldman, a Toronto-based lawyer, was appointed as interim-CEO.
This does surprise us as virtually the entire technical team of the company has now resigned from their positions. We will get in touch with the company to figure out what the next steps are, and what the status is of the previously announced C$0.5M private placement.
