Medallion Resources (MDL.V) has announced Mark Saxon has been appointed President and CEO as of May 25th, taking on the responsibilities from Don Lay who will probably take up another function in the company. Saxon is best known from his stint as CEO of Leading Edge Materials (LEM.V) which owned the Norra Kärr HREE project in Sweden, so he knows the REE space well.
Subsequent to the appointment, Medallion provided an update pitch during an Amvest Capital Webinar which has now been uploaded for everyone to see. You can find the video of the webinar HERE.
Medallion is currently also raising C$250,000 in a placement priced at C$0.10 per unit (with each unit consisting of one share and ½ warrant exercisable at C$0.15 during a 2 year period).
