Medallion Resources (MDL.V) has announced it has appointed Mark Saxon to its advisory board. Saxon currently is the CEO of Tasman Metals (TSM.V) which aimed to develop the Norra Karr HREE project in Sweden. He seems to be a very nice addition to Medallion’s team as Saxon already has a lot of experience with rare earth elements and the REE market, and seeing how someone like him says Medallion’s ‘monazite strategy is a smart approach to bring new rare earth concentrates to market’ is very encouraging.
We met with CEO Don Lay when we were in Vancouver earlier this month, and are currently working on a report wherein we will calculate the impact of removing the cerium from the REE concentrate.
