Redstar Gold (RGC.V) was determined to complete 1,500 meters of drilling at the Unga Gold project before the Alaskan winter is setting in, and the company remains on schedule to complete this 7-hole drill program on time.
In the first hole, the company successfully intercepted the targeted structure at a depth of approximately 265 meters, whilst the second hole was drilled roughly 100 meters towards the southwest of the deepest historic drill intercept which originally returned 5.5 meters at approximately 24 g/t gold. Both holes have been completed, but assay results are obviously still pending, so we expect to hear and see more in the next few weeks.
