Revett Minerals (NYSEAMEX:RVM; RVM.TO) has announced their Financial results for the third quarter. Earnings per share came in at $0.13, and the company’s cash position increased to a healthy $33.1M.
The company also updated the market on the progress at Rock Creek, where a ruling of the Montana Supreme Court has decided that Revett is required to obtain a MPDES discharge permit instead of a general water discharge permit. The company hopes to receive this MPDES permit by the middle of next year.
