Talga Group (TLG.AX) has announced it received the exploitation concession for its Nunasvaara South graphite mine in Sweden. This concession gives Talga the right to start its graphite mining activities and mine the area for a period of 25 years. That initial 25 years could be extended. Granting this concession once again shows Sweden is an interesting mining destination where you could actually get projects permitted.

Talga is now working towards its Final Investment Decision, which is subject to the finalization of the key mine permit approvals and securing additional offtake agreements. Once the decision to actually build the mine has been taken, the anticipated construction time is 18-24 months, including commissioning.
