Tembo Gold Corp. (TEM.V) has announced a $4M capital raise at a price of C$0.50/share. A syndicate of agents led by Canaccord Genuity has agreed to sell 8M units at C$0.50, consisting of one common share and half a warrant valid for 18 months with an exercise price of C$0.80.
