X-Terra Resources (XTT.V) has completed a C$100,000 cash payment and has issued 1.25 million shares of the company to the optionors of the Veronneau gold property in Québec, Canada. This payment was made shortly after the company received the preliminary data from the airborne geophysical survey at Veronneau.
The data is now being analyzed, and X-Terra’s team on the ground will now comb through all data points to determine the high-priority drill targets. Director Michel Chapdelaine – who seemed to be very busy explaining the story to investors when we walked by the X-Terra booth at the recent PDAC conference- sounds very upbeat as he says ‘the quality of the survey is impeccable’. But what’s perhaps even more interesting is the fact a part of the Veronneau showing has a very unique Mag-EM signature compared to the rest of the property.
The first indications are quite encouraging, so it will be really interesting to see what else the Veronneau property might unveil! We are preparing a Q&A report with Michel Chapdelaine, one of X-Terra’s directors with decades of experience in the field.
