Inca One Gold (IO.V) reported a total gold production of 1,780 ounces of gold in the two summer months (July & August). That’s a 9% increase compared to May and June (which means 1.6% of the production increase could be attributed to the additional production day in July & August), and more than 120% more compared to the same two months last year.
During these two months, Inca processed almost 4,178 tonnes of gold-bearing material, which means the recoverable gold grade per tonne of rock was approximately 0.43 ounces of gold. More importantly, the company continued to purchase more ore than it was processing, as it bought 82 tonnes more than it processed during these two months.
We will provide a more detailed update on Inca One shortly.
